Yogurt Shop, Fair Lawn, NJ
A existing retail space was leased by an entrepreneur to start a new retail self-serve yogurt business in an historic building. The yogurt dispensing machines were recessed to allow for more retail floor area and ease of service. A refrigerated topping bar and reach-in freezers were added to showcase custom made yogurt cakes and novelties.

Church Elevator Addition
This Roman Catholic Church desired barrier-free upgrades including multi-stop hydraulic elevator, barrier-free restrooms and a reflecting garden. The design solution was to integrate the new lobby, elevator and restrooms into a new one-story addition with a glass wall open to the garden and labyrinth which provides a physical and spriritual connection to the adjacent rectory |
